Incorrect Address

Please be sure to check your address for accuracy before submitting your order. The Luxe Medspa is not responsible for any delays or cancellations that may result from the input of inaccurate address.


Customers are welcome to have the order reshipped back to them for the current standard shipping rate.


If the customer does not wish to have the order reshipped, a 30% restocking fee will be assessed. Refund of the remaining amount will be returned to the form of payment at time of purchase within 7-10 business days.


We cannot alter or change any existing orders. For address correction, a team member can assist in canceling the incorrect order, and walk you through the process to submit a replacement order with the desired address. Please submit a ticket for assistance.
