Shipping Protection

To ensure our customers receive their packages and enjoy their purchases, The Luxe Medspa has partnered with Shipping Protection and Parcel Guard to insure your packages. Shipping Protection can be added during checkout. If the customer chooses to remove the Shipping Protection the customers accept that The Luxe Medspa is not liable for any items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.


Shipping Protection will replace lost, stolen, or damaged in-transit items. Refunds will not be given in lieu of item replacement.


Claims must be made on the day of delivery with photo or video documentation of all items damaged with a description. 

Shipping protection does not cover unfortunate incidents in the customer's possession, i.e., dropped, broken, or misplaced items.


To begin the claims process for loss, theft, or damage during transit, please follow the following steps:


1. Submit your claim via the carrier.

File a UPS Claim

File a USPS Claim

File a FedEX Claim


2.  Submit a ticket to have a team member reach out to finalize the process.
